On December 6, the Innovation Campus Delaware (ICD) hosted this year’s Be Innovation - an event to honor and celebrate our Technical Community Leaders, Innovators, and Inventors for their achievements and commitment to scientific excellence.
This year’s theme, Be Innovation For ADVANCE, recognized employees for their strong contribution to the Group’s sustainable and profitable growth in line with ADVANCE.
After a 3 year hiatus, the 2022 Be Innovation hybrid event featured both virtual and in-person attendees during the TCL, Innovators, and Inventors awards ceremonies presented by Anne-Sophie Lucier, VP of R&D for the Americas hub, Rob Gagliano, Scientific Director of R&D for the Americas hub, Charles Caristan, Global Market Director of Metalfab & Machinery for Airgas, and Stamy Paul, Senior VP of Human Resources for Airgas! In addition, Mike Graff, American Air Liquide Holdings, Inc. Chairman & CEO, welcomed and kicked off the event while Marcelo Fioranelli, CEO of Airgas, gave the closing remarks.
Honorees at the ICD also participated in activities such as playing networking games, touring the facility and labs, and learning more about the recognized projects during the “technology marketplace” sessions.
