Valentine's Day isn't just for romance. It's for everyone who wants to lift up a person or cause. And that's just what 20 Houston employees did when they volunteered at Kids' Meals on Valentine's Day.

The enthusiastic group made sandwiches and bags of trail mix that would be added to lunch bags with fruit and milk to create a nutritious meal for pre-school aged children.

As an added bonus, the ALADN BRG delivered the 3,000 origami creations Air Liquide employees made in last fall's annual "Origami for Kids" project. Student volunteers from the The Monarch School were in awe as Jacklyn Le explained how the beautiful creations came to be. The students then inserted the origami into lunch bags.

After the shift was over, the volunteers were treated to chocolate and vanilla cupcakes. After all, it was a Valentine's Day Party!

Thank you to Laura Bobrick, Pam Connor, Nathan Duckworth, Joanna Garcia, Carolina Kane, Susan Klein, Shaun Scott, Raul Pierola, Debbie Sammons, Florence Shah, Torria Spell, Robin Van Pelt, Kamila Villacis Merizalde and Tran Vuong for sharing the love.

Thanks to our Volunteers
