Internship Program Overview
Our intern program is a 10-week development experience designed for students pursuing degrees in chemical and mechanical engineering, as well as select business disciplines. Our program provides a foundation for future career growth, offering high-performing interns a direct pathway into the ALLEX rotational leadership program.

ALLEX Program Overview
The ALLEX (Air Liquide Leading Excellence) is a 2-year rotational program for recent graduates. It is designed to provide high-impact development and prepare talent careers in Engineering, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain Management.
The program offers two specialized pathways tailored to individual career interests and business needs:
- Traditional Path: A 24-month graduate program consisting of three 8-month rotations. This path is available to both engineering and non-engineering graduates pursuing careers in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain Management, Finance, and Human Resources.
- Base Ops Technical Path: A 24-month graduate program with predefined field rotations for Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical engineering graduates.

ALLEX participants are expected to perform at a high level across all rotations.
- Safety Leadership: Maintaining a personal safety goal of zero incidents and meeting all company safety standards.
- Strategic Agility: Demonstrating flexibility to relocate and adapt as project priorities and business needs evolve.
- Goal Orientation: Utilizing SMART objectives to drive measurable progress and taking ownership of project outcomes.
- Collaboration: Becoming fully integrated with rotational teams and contributing actively to the broader ALLEX community.
- Recent graduate with an undergraduate degree in Engineering or relevant business discipline.
- Minimum GPA of 3.2

- Flexibility to relocate to any U.S. facility during and after the program.
